There are several films from Margheriti's career that are currently unavailable, either because the originals are lost or there is just no commercial interest in making them available. I will keep this list updated when I either locate copies or discover that other films are missing.

Presentimento (1956) directed by Armando Fizzarotti. Written by Antonio Margheriti.
UPDATE: I had a brief correspondence with Edoardo Margheriti on Facebook and he mentioned that this film appeared recently on Italian TV in the middle of the night but no one told him so he missed it.

Mondo Inferno (Go! Go! Go! World, 1964) directed by Antonio Margheriti. I really want to find this one.
Io ti amo (I Love You, 1968) directed by Antonio Margheriti. This one is also available but with no English subtitles.

Whisky and Ghosts (Fantasma en el oeste/ Whiskey e fanstasmi, 1978) directed by Antonio Margheriti. UPDATE: This one screened on an American cable channel in early 2021 in a poor-quality print, so there's a copy out there somewhere.
Rudeness (Lo sgarbo, 1975) directed by Marino Girolami. Written by Antonio Margheriti. EDIT: I have located a copy of this poliziotteschi in Italian without English subtitles. Another one that will have to wait for my language skills to improve.
Genghis Khan: the Story of a Lifetime (shot in the early 1990s, still not released) directed by Ken Annakin. Margheriti shot second unit. Nicholas Rispoli, the son of the original Italian producer is still trying to get this finished.
The British Film Institute database also has some other intriguing projects not listed elsewhere, some under his anglicised name Anthony M. Dawson:
The Bermuda Triangle Monsters is listed as an Italy/ USA co-production by Horizon Cinematografica, directed by Anthony M. Dawson. It is described as an "unrealised project" and is referenced in a 1982 edition of the French publication Écran Fantastique n22.
Un uomo d'onore was announced as an Anthony M. Dawson project in 1985 in Cinema d'Oggi and Italian Movie Trade starring Franco Nero and Ben Gazzara, based on a book by Vittorio Schiraldi.
Le ore contate or L'ultima compo (The Numbered Hours) is another unrealised project for Anthony M. Dawson, this time to star Ernest Borgnine and is mentioned in 'Foreign Sales', Italian Movie Trade v13 n12 in December 1987. This makes sense as he had just worked with Borgnine that year on Treasure Island in Outer Space.
Roma ore 3: Morte di un magistrato apparently began principle photography in October 1997, and is reported in Cinema d'Oggi. It is unclear as to what happened. The producer was Gianni Stellitano who made dozens of films, including the hit The Sicilian (1987, Michael Cimino, USA), and it was to star Stefano Dionisi and Elena Sofia Ricci.
Il cavaliere del tempo (The Time Warrior) is the last one listed, and was reported in Cinema d'Oggi also in 1997. It was written by his son Edoardo Margheriti, who was also to act as producer, with Violante Placido to star. This one sounds intriguing, and perhaps one day I will get to ask Edoardo about it.
UPDATE: Nicholas Rispoli recently contacted me to say he has the original script for The Time Warrior in his archive. Evidently his father Enzo was involved in helping Margheriti get this one off the ground. There was a film released in 2012 called Time Warrior (Joaquin Rodriguez, USA, Jaguar Films) which Nicholas says has a similar plot to Edoardo's script. It is difficult to work out a link between the two, but if there were copies of this script floating around from the 1990s it's perfectly possible that one could have been sitting in a draw in Hollywood.
