When Justin Bieber volunteered to play in the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout game on Saturday, January 28, he probably didn't envision getting slammed into the plexiglass wall – but that's exactly what happened.
While on the ice, the Biebs was slammed into the wall by Arizona Coyotes player Chris Pronger – and from the footage caught on camera, it looked pretty painful. Luckily, Justin seemed to brush it off with a sense of good sportsmanship. He even scored a goal and an assist while playing for Team Gretzky.
Naturally, there were plenty of cameras and phones flashing, trying to get a glimpse of the Biebs on ice. Several song title puns were made.
There were plenty of close-up shots – and slow-motion recaps.
Justin was seen hanging out with several all-star players – and they seemed just as excited to meet him.
Even the official NHL Instagram was psyched to see Justin at the game.
As for Justin himself, he shared a photo of the lineup, letting all the Beliebers know that he'd be lacing up his ice skates that day.
