And Michael Phelps might be planning on doing it again after the swimmer was spotted showing off his skills for a camera crew in Miami on Wednesday.
While it is not known what Phelps was filming, it comes soon after his rival began shooting his new reality show What Would Ryan Lochte Do? for E!

Phelps certainly seemed in high spirits as he larked around in his Speedos in front of delighted holidaygoers.
It certainly is not his first time on camera.
The 27-year-old is one of the star names on golf-themed show The Haney Project.
The show, which is shown on The Golf Channel, follows Tiger Woods' former coach Hank Haney as he tries to help the 22-time Olympic gold medalist hack his way around some of the world's greatest golf courses.

Phelps will be hoping to fare better than previous show personality NBA legend Charles Barkley, whose swing according to the coach, 'looked worse than Helen Keller trying to read.'
When he revealed he had joined the show, Michael said: 'As I enter this next chapter of my life, I think I will be able to shift my competitiveness to anything I put my mind to.
'And golf is one of the things I want to focus on. ... I want to play all the world's great golf courses, but I'd like to play them well.'
