It finally happened! Now, lets discuss the dress and other rumours! At first glance I decided I didn't like it, it was a bit floaty and a bit....meh for my tastes. I couldn't figure out why would you have some of the worlds best designers at your fingertips and then not go for something couture and well, stunning. Then however I saw it for what it was, a simple wedding dress, no fuss, no muss - and it looks exactly like something you would have seen in her Topshop collection. No idea where all the children came from though!!!! It was underwhelming though - I was more impressed with Hince's powder blue suit. Yes, it was her - but there really wasn't anything special about it.
So what are the rumours and stories and all the rest floating around?* Her dress was Galliano and her shoes were Blahnik.
* The couple sold the rights of the wedding to Vogue US
*Hince, and his 'best man' Alison Mosshart, who is also his bandmate in the Kills both wore YSL
*She had 15 bridesmaids in total!
*Lorries of alcohol have been arriving for Mossstock which is expected to carry on for the entire weekend! Including Red Bull, Dom Perignon and Grey Goose Vodka.
* The Daily Mirror suggests that villagers in the Cotswolds where she married were furious with being kept out of the town for a day by the security hired by Moss - but then, the paper also forgot she was a model and labelled her - 'Ex - coke addict' - really? She's done a bit more then that I think!
*Performances are rumored to be from Beth Ditto, Iggy Pop, Carl Barat and Snoop Dogg!* According to the Daily Mail, her clothing for the after parties/dinners/honeymoon is going to be all Stella McCartney.
*Anna Wintour was thought to be in attendance
- So, thats all I have right now really. Hopefully more information will hit the blogsphere after the proper start of Mossstock, but, one thing is for sure - she looks so damn happy in all the shots.
